    Presentation Description:

    Join Zach Edwards, P.E., for an insightful presentation exploring the world of below grade waterproofing from a repair contractor’s perspective. This session will cover the various types of waterproofing systems, common failure points observed in the field, and effective repair solutions to help building owners address these challenges. Gain valuable insights from Zach’s extensive experience in soil-related repair work and learn how to better manage and maintain below grade waterproofing systems to protect your investment.

    About the Speaker:

    Zach Edwards, P.E., is a licensed Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience at Engineered Soil Repairs, Inc., a design-build contractor specializing in soil-related repair work for over 30 years. Zach’s expertise includes below grade waterproofing repair, foundation repairs, compaction grouting, landslide stabilization, drainage improvements, seismic retrofits, and construction defect litigation support. His hands-on knowledge of below grade and podium slab waterproofing systems ensures a practical and informed perspective for all attendees.

    Joe is a Licensed California Civil & Structural Engineer specializing in construction defects and civil and structural engineering. Joe was the President of Quilici Engineers, Inc., CompuPools Water Feature Design, and Silicon Valley Civil and Structural Engineers since 1997. Quilici Engineers, Inc. has been providing expert witness services throughout California, on residential, commercial and industrial matters, as well as civil and structural engineering design services for over 40 years.

    Dave joined the R.L. Brown Construction team in February of 2000. After over two decades, his favorite part of the job continues to be working with skilled team members and helping to problem-solve construction issues. Dave is a Bay Area native whose hobbies include ice hockey, mountain biking, observed trials riding, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, son and daughter.

      Important Update: Dress Code 

      Dress Code Applies for all tournaments held at the Club: 

      • Collared Golf Shirts are required for men.
      • The Club Dress code applies to anyone on Club property including volunteers.
      • Tank Tops, T-Shirts or blue jeans are not allowed.
      • Proper Golf Shoes are required for all players.
      • Men and Women may wear golfing shorts, but no tennis shorts, gym shorts or short shorts are allowed.
      • No hats or cell phone use is allowed in the Clubhouse.
      • RENTING CLUBS: Limited availability; come prepared
