About the Speaker:

Joseph Joslin’s background includes Executive Sales & Marketing experience principally in the non-residential construction industry with emphasis in integrated solutions for building enclosures and interiors to the architectural and design community. Mr. Joslin specializes in fire/life safety issues, thermal, moisture, and air dynamics in building envelopes; exterior and interior claddings; acoustics; and low slope roofing assemblies. He assists project teams of architects, engineers, and contractors with the applications of Owens Corning’s products and systems. While working for a large gypsum manufacturer prior to coming to Owens Corning, Mr. Joslin assisted U.S.-based Architectural firms working on international projects specifically in the areas of integrating sound attenuation, life and fire safety, seismic, moisture and wind load performances for wall, roof, floor and ceiling assemblies. He worked closely with overseas manufacturing facilities and technical resources in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mexico and Australia to provide continuous strategic support and building systems’ delivery for these projects. Over the course of his career, Mr. Joslin has held management, business development, and field positions focusing on technical sales for walls, roofing, engineered ceiling, and flooring assemblies while developing deep industry and building science knowledge. 

Mr. Joslin is based in San Francisco and leads Business Development in the West for Owens Corning which includes all states west of the Rockies.
