This presentation is a summary of significant new legislation taking effect in 2018 which affects construction professionals. The lobbying forces for and against the new legislation will also be discussed.

About the Speaker:


Richard Bauman is an attorney in San Francisco who represents design professionals, contractors, and materials suppliers in contract negotiations, construction defect cases and collection matters. He received his law degree from UC Berkeley in 1980, and is a member of Westcon.
