About This Meeting:
This meeting highlights one of the more than 26 solar photovoltaic installations installed by The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. This installation is one of the greenest and cleanest operating performance venues in the country. This project is the result of many months of planning and execution which resulted in energy efficiency improvements to one of San Francisco’s landmarks.

About Our Speaker
Brian Swanson’s 42 years of roofing and design experience range from a union roofer, journeyman, and superintendent to sales and project management. High rise roof construction has been a focus with many landmark buildings.
Positioned at Fidelity Roof Company for over 26 years with a focus on investigation and failure analysis, new roof and waterproofing systems on commercial, industrial and homeowners’ associations. Brian has participated in NRCA case studies focusing on failures of built up roofing, modified bituminous systems and flashing failures.
His education in the industry includes over 30 years of NRCA training classes, solar and photovoltaic design theory, while traveling abroad to Europe and China to study and provide best practices to solar PV manufactures.
Speaking opportunities to large groups throughout California include Northern California Energy Association, ASES Solar Conferences, Executive Council of Homeowners as well as Skyline College and Diablo Valley College.
Brian lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and serves clients in the entire Northern California marketplace.
