About Our Speaker

Marc has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978. He is a founding member of Fong and Fong, a Northern California boutique real property and business law firm. A dispute resolution professional, Marc is passionate about helping parties find creative solutions to their conflicts. His mediation and arbitration work spans real property, employment, high technology, business, malpractice, CEQA and cataclysmic injury cases. He is certified to mediate for the United States District Court, the California Court of Appeal, Bay Area Superior Courts, and is a panelist with the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.

Marc has served as a mediator and arbitrator in hundreds of cases and has vast experience in resolving complex high-value matters.

His recent awards, service, and recognition include Northern California Super Lawyer, Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent, Past Board President and Executive Committee Member of The Mediation Society of San Francisco, Past Board Member and President of Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and more.

Connect with colleagues at our Networking Meetings 

For networking meetings with 40 attendees or less, dinner will be plated and feature a soup and salad appetizer, steak, chicken, and fish for the main course, followed by dessert!

For meetings with more than 40 attendees, dinner will be a buffet with a Prime rib carving station, pasta, meatballs with marinara, chicken, vegetables, fruit, meats and cheeses, salad, and dessert!

If you’d like a vegetarian option, you may indicate so during registration.

• If registering on the Monday before the meeting, please call (916) 485-6350 to register. Registrations on the Monday before the meeting and walk-ins will be assessed an additional $10 charge, have no guarantee of a meal choice, and given a white meal ticket.  
• Registration after the Friday before this meeting may not guarantee your name badge, dinner ticket, or raffle ticket at our Dinner Meeting. Please register prior to the Friday before this meeting to ensure you receive these items upon arrival.
• Walk-in registrations are welcome; however, there may be a delay in producing your meeting materials onsite as we prioritize pre-registered attendees.
• In order to receive a refund, cancellation deadline is one week before event.
