About Dave Brown
Dave graduated from California State University Chico in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He started his career working for a general engineering contractor, building roads, bridges, and cross-country pipelines. He came to R.L. Brown Construction in 1999. Dave purchased the business from Bob and Sharon Brown in 2006, and served as President and Principal-in-Charge until he sold the business in March of 2022. He continues to work at R.L. Brown Construction as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Expert Witness.
About Russell Brown
Mr. Brown oversees a Senior Staff of professional reconstruction experts for the G.B. Group. His senior management and construction experience within multifamily and tenant occupied properties have been focused on job production, estimating, logistics, and quality control of the organization. His leadership brings a fresh and relevant managing style to the company and has been instrumental in the continued growth of the company for the past 10 years.
About Rob Rosenberg
Robert Rosenberg has been involved in the multifamily industry for almost thirty years. Having started on the management side, he has found his calling serving the managers and communities he once oversaw. Advance Construction Technology was originally created while he had ownership in a Massingham and Associates, ACT is rooted in understanding multifamily residential construction and providing the highest possible quality without sacrificing customer service.
Rob holds a Business Administration degree from San Jose State University with a concentration in Accounting. In addition, he received his law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law in May of 1999.

Our Networking Meetings are a great opportunity to network with other experts.
For networking meetings with 40 attendees or less, dinner will be plated and feature a soup and salad appetizer, steak, chicken, and fish for the main course, followed by dessert!
For meetings with more than 40 attendees, dinner will be a buffet with a Prime rib carving station, pasta, meatballs with marinara, chicken, vegetables, fruit, meats and cheeses, salad, and dessert!
If you’d like a vegetarian option, you may indicate so during registration.
