About the Speaker:

Jose E. Mendoza is a Professional Engineer (Civil Engineer) in the States of California, Arizona & Nevada. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering and a Master in Public Administration. He is the current Pacific Southwest Manager of the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI) covering 5 States (CA, AZ, NV, UT & HI). He is also a volunteered subject matter expert with the California Board of Professional Engineers. He has very diverse experience for the last 30 years from being a Construction worker, Project Engineer/Estimator, Design Engineer, Professor of Civil Engineering, Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing and Project Management.
