Having spent 15 years working under Bill Mann in the HOA focused Construction Defect Construction arena, I cut my teeth in large scale reconstruction. I worked on everything from small maintenance projects to multimillion dollar reconstruction projects. We specialized in occupied housing in both HOAs and apartments. On the Construction Defect side, we provided destructive testing, settlement analysis and assistance and project oversight. I became a coatings specialist in the years I spent with Behr paint prior to accepting an in house marketing, sales and construction specialist role within Angius & Terry LLP where I assisted with all aspects of the Construction Defect processes. Returning to my general construction roots I worked as an SB326 specialist for CAM Construction and Painting, as their Vice President for three years until the cycle for 326 inspections paused for its natural cycle.
Currently, at TARC Construction, a paving specialist in asphalt, concrete, and striping, we also have a structural concrete and steel divisions, marrying my coating’s specialty and love for structural components. I am able to focus a lifetime of experience in the construction arena to serve our multifamily and HOA clients in all of the divisions where we specialize, and work as a subcontractor for my beloved General Construction peers.
